Before the day,

My experience as a professional toastmaster will ensure the celebration of your civil partnership will run smoothly for you and your partner .

Well ahead of the event I can meet with you and start to help with your  planning. I can advise on etiquette and the correct protocol to be used. I can help with table planning, seating priority, wordings for speeches and toasts and much more.

On the big day

As your ceremony co-ordinator, I make sure your day runs smoothly, and that all your planned events happen on time. 

On your behalf, I will be at the venue early to ensure everything is as you wish it to be - leaving you able to relax and enjoy your special day.  I liaise with the Registrar and other professionals to ensure that we are all working from the same plan.

My traditional dress makes me very obvious to  your guests - who I can greet at the door and direct to the ceremony.

I will make any announcements which may be required as part of your celebrations, and I will liaise with your guests who are proposing toasts - to ensure they are ready and prepared before I announce them.

I am tactful, diplomatic and understanding. You will find me sincere and caring, and I will do everything I can to make you both happy and relaxed on your special day.
