Before the day

My experience as a professional toastmaster will ensure your wedding runs smoothly.

I want to create your perfect day, so that you can relax and enjoy it to the full. I will, if required assist with your planning, advising on etiquette and protocol, table plans, seating priority, speeches and toasts. I am your toastmaster for the day, so more than happy to help.

On your wedding day

As your wedding co-ordinator on the day, I make sure that all the careful planning comes to fruition and that your wedding runs exactly as you wished.

On your behalf, I liaise with the venue and if a civil ceremony, the Registrars,   I will:

• confirm timings with the venue staff
• welcome and direct guests as appropriate
• assist the photographer, gathering groups etc
• organise the receiving line and introduce the guests if required 

I will make any announcements that may be appropriate, liaise with the guests who are proposing toasts, and make sure gifts/flowers for presentations are in place.

These are just a few of the details that I look after on the day, but most importantly I am there to look after both of you!

Having worked in the hotel industry for 50 years, 35 of those as a senior manager, I have been privileged to have been involved in many weddings, corporate and formal events. Add to this my formal training with the National Association of Toastmasters, and I know that I am well qualified to handle any event that I am engaged for, anywhere in the country.
